Inside this Book – This was my first thought when my friends suggested we should spend at least four days in Walt Disney World for our trip to the United States last year. I mean, I love Disney cartoons. I love Mickey Mouse. In fact, I was studying character animation online, but isn’t Disney World for kids? How would a twenty-nine-year-old guy like me survive four full days in Disneyland without being bored? To my surprise, Walt Disney World turned out to be one of the highlights of my US trip. I remember that on our third day there, it was pouring rain. I took shelter in one of the attractions called, “One Man’s Dream.” It’s a gallery that depicts Walt Disney’s life through words, photos, artifacts, and so on. At the end of the walkthrough gallery, there’s this fifteen- minute video showing Walt Disney himself recount his story, challenges, and dream. I felt touched and inspired watching it. I grew up watching Disney’s cartoons but it was only at that moment that I felt a connection to Walt Disney.
