Here at
Feel Good Food, we were well ahead of this news when we put together our delicious cauliflower special, featuring a decadently creamy cauli soup with cheesy toasts from fellow trendsetter Gordon Ramsay (p12). Meanwhile, for those with a sweeter tooth, Gordon’s one-time sous chef Marcus Wareing has contributed his twist on a classic tarte tatin (p124) , complete with home-made ice cream.

Don’t forget to stock up on flour and eggs for pancake season! We’ve tried to give you something a bit different this year with incredible savoury pancakes like blue cheese with bacon and spicy peanut curry. But, ever aware of those with allergies, there’s a whole section of the mag devoted to gluten or diary free puddings too, so nobody has to miss out.

Spring still seems a long way off so I can’t wait to get stuck into our comfort food recipes (p36). Meanwhile, resident chefs Rose and Jess have created a lip-smacking spread of warming Alpine delights (p44) that taste so good you may want to give up the new year’s diet plans altogether!
